About Tamara Carver

Tamara Carver, PhD, is the Director of the Office of Ed-TECH (Education Technology and E-learning Collaboration for Health) at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences for McGill University. She is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Health Sciences Education and a certified instructional designer. For more than a decade, she has spearheaded the creation of highly successful international and faculty development blended education programs. Her current work focuses on using extended reality in health professions education. She also leads a $758K PHAC-funded project developing ‘TOTAL eLearning’ an online education program for care partners of people living with dementia. ORCID: 0000-0003-3410-0897.
